Fettucine Carbonara


Ingrediants:
  • a packet of dry fettucinni noodles;



  • 8 slices of bacon



  • 4 egg yolks (beaten)



  • 1/2 of grated Parmesan Cheese



  • 5 to 6 buttons of mushrooms



  • cracked black pepper


Method:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccini and cook for 8 to 10 minutes and drain.

  • Fry the bacon and mushrooms in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Set bacon and mushrooms mixture aside.
  • When the fettuccini noodles is cooked, removed from the boiled water and drain.

  • Immediately put back the fettuccini noodles in the saucepan and place on a very low heat.

  • Stir the beaten egg yolks in the fettuccini noodles and mix with some hot water to make a creamy sauce.

  • Add the bacon and mushrooms mixture into the saucepan combined it with the fettuccini noodles.

  • Garnish it with grated black pepper and parmesan cheese. Serve it while it still hot!
